Return Policy
To return a product that you ordered (and did not ride, use or wear) and have decided that you do not want it, please email us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) at customerservice@flexdex.com and reference your Order Number. We'll be in contact ASAP and issue shipping instructions and credit your charge card for the products (less shipping costs) you purchased after the safe return of the order. Easy.

General Products Warranty
Hmmm. Simple.
Our Decks made from our flexdex material, the fiberglas composite will not break, delam or die. Ever. OK?
All other parts on the boards WILL break or wear out as well...eventually. Any manufacturing defect on our skateboards or other products - we stand behind it - and they are covered for 90 days after you buy it. Please email our Customer Service department.
The clear decks are not fiberglas, and therefore, will break at some point. If one should snap in the first 90 days, we'll replace the whole board at no charge to you. Just ship it to us. After 10 years of making clear decks, we have only seen 1 snap (after 18 months of hard flexing by the girl's boyfriend).
Our Decks made from WOOD will break. Sooner or Later. The harder you ride or the more you weigh, the sooner it'll happen.
If your FLEXDEX composite-based skateboard gets run over by a garbage truck or city bus, expect the trucks to break, the wheels to split, and hopefully, YOU were not on the board. The deck will be fine. Trust us, we have seen this happen. So you'll need to buy some new trucks and wheels and have a great story to tell your grandkids about the day your board was run over, how you escaped, and the board was still in 1 piece.

How long will it take via UPS Ground?
West Coast USA by UPS Ground: 2 to 3 days
East Coast USA by UPS Ground: 6 to 8 days
International Destination: 4 days

UPS is our preferred shipper for domestic and international orders. You can easily update the status of your UPS shipment by entering the required data in the fields provided. An accurate tracking response will only be available after your order has been shipped and will be emailed to you.
You may use the 18-digit UPS Tracking Number provided in the automated shipment confirmation sent to you via email.

Please go ahead and enter your order. When you get
to the part about picking your shipping method, the
shopping cart will calculate shipping to your town or
country. If you are happy with this, then continue with
the order. If you don't like it, then cancel the transaction. Your credit card is NOT charged until we
actually SHIP the order.

USA Shipments:
"UPS ground" is a couple days on the West Coast of the USA - and about a week to the East Coast.
"UPS Next Day" means it takes 1 business day of travel.
UPS picks up, then no more than 1 day later, you will
receive your order. Remember: the day we ship is NOT
the first day. The first day is the day AFTER it leaves
our warehouse.
"UPS 2nd Day" means it takes 2 business days travel. UPS picks up, then no more than 2 days later, you will receive your order. Remember: the day we ship is NOT the first day. The first day is the first day your shipment is outta San Diego.
Example: Order is shipped Monday. You get it Wednesday. For all of you in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, you must choose this option. Sorry, we do not ship via mail.
International Shipments:
We use "FedEx Worldwide". You will be charged a fair price by FedEx for the shipment, and it takes about 4 days to get to you. Yes, it's really $100+ USD to ship 1 board. Get a buddy to buy a board too, and it's a little cheaper, maybe $130 for 2 boards. Orders for wheels and other items are far less expensive to ship. FedEx claims it takes 4 or more days to be delivered. That is 4-7 business days after it leaves here. Example: Order is shipped Monday. You get it Friday. Of course, if you are in Australia, you have to figure the date change. Sorry, we do not ship via post. In addition to the posted charges, you WILL be assessed local customs and duty or other taxes.
