We know that our dealers are the most important connection that our customers have outside of dealing directly with us. It's great to be able to buy from the web when there's no store near you. And when you go to a dealer, the people you talk to must be stoked and very educated on our product. They are as hooked on Flexdex as you are. An extension of Flexdex itself.
Our Goal is to ensure the best customer service. Sales people at stores that carry our boards will be extremely knowledgeable and able to answer Flexdex questions. We have an extremely high customer service policy at Flexdex and expect retailers selling our products to do the same. The customer’s happiness is what makes every company successful.
