Flexdex composite decks in black, white, gray or green are made in a process that inter-twines and binds all the resins and fibers in such a way that the boards will never lose their spring. This warranty is forever. If it breaks into 2 pieces, send it (the deck), to the address below so that we can see it and replace it. Exception to this rule is: S-30 Slalom Deck... the side rails are designed as a "carving" edge and therefore any grinding may result in a broken edge or tear along the edge, this is NOT WARRANTIED!
Flexdex FIBER WEAVE AND WOOD decks:
Sorry, they are not included in this warranty. Come on, wood breaks. That's why you buy Flexdex composite decks.
Flexdex CLEAR decks (includes lighted boards):
They are made out of 100% recyclable Lexan polycarbonate. We guarantee the clear decks for 90 days from purchase. You will need proof of purchase.

Simple answer: Please return just the DECK only (clear boards require proof of purchase) postage paid along with your name, address, email, and phone. We'll process a replacement deck for you and we'll pay the shipping back to anywhere in the U.S. Send broken deck to:
